Off-course body work
Mobility and strength that unlock the swing changes your body can't yet hold. These run in parallel with your on-course work and carry zero score risk— a positional cue your body can't achieve will only create a new fault, so we open capacity first.
When a swing fix on The Board is rooted in a mobility or strength limit (hip internal rotation, thoracic rotation, ankle dorsiflexion, anti-extension core), the parallel 6-week track that opens it will appear here. For now, general mobility is a fine starter.
