How the Lab closes the loop

Take your #1 fix from The Board into a scoring-neutral test: record a baseline, make one change, then re-record. The Lab charts the before/after on your real metrics and only counts it once the change survives a dwell window — so a fix has to actually transfer, not just feel good on the range.
